If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately at animationinvitations@gmail.com. If work hasn’t started on your custom design, we may be able to cancel and refund your order. If there is an error or typo on your completed order, we will get it fixed right away and will send a new file.

 

Customer Satisfaction is always our goal, so we always include 1 round of changes, (if needed) after we've completed your order, so we can take care of any changes you may want or need. We understand that sometimes party plans change, so we do our best to accommodate additional revisions, for customers who have unexpected or last-minute changes to their party date, time or venue.
