Personalized Videos, Cards & Invitations: Our video invitations are Made-to-Order, digital files. Therefore, we only offer refunds on orders if work has not yet begun on your personalized order. If you have placed an order by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can process your refund before work has begun. If there is an error or typo on your completed order, we will get it fixed right away and send a new file.

 

Customer Satisfaction is always our goal, so we always include 1 round of changes, (if needed) after we've completed your order, so we can take care of any changes you may want or need. We understand that sometimes party plans change, so we do our best to accommodate additional revisions, for customers who have unexpected or last-minute changes to their party date, time or venue.
